Draw Inspection Information

 

There are three different ways to request a draw inspection:

Your request needs to include:

• Builder Company Name

• Property Description

The dead line for draws is 5pm on Fridays.  Our inspectors work on the weekends.

You do not need to ask for specific items as we normally issue advances for all work that is completed. If you do not want  the full amount available to draw, please send an email to your loan officer.
