General Guidelines

• Generally, property should be in an existing or new subdivision

• Property should be in growing area

​

• The streets must be paved.

​

• There should be no adjacent railroad tracks or nearby mobile homes.

​

• No large tracks of land or development loans.

​

• Developers may subordinate land in lieu of purchase

​

• Property can be under contract or already in the builder name.

​

• Central and eastern North Carolina and coastal South Carolina areas only.

​

• Single Family Residential homes only.
